With the chain open- largest circumference is 26.0 (This takes the padding into consideration) over the head.

With the chain pulled: 23.5 neck circumference.

Width is 1 7/8, with white padding

Best practice is to measure your dog's neck in the middle (not low at the shoulders and not behind the ears)

***REMEMBER that you need to leave room for the collar to close down around the neck and prevent it slipping over.
