Shipping and Turnaround

In stock ready to ship items are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 business days. Custom items may take up to 6 weeks to ship. Please contact us for details regarding custom turnaround times.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted for ready to ship in stock items within 5 days. Refunds after 5 days will not be honored. A 25% restock fee will apply. You MUST contact me within 5 days of receiving your item.

There are NO refunds on deposits, there are no exceptions. If you cancel your order after placing your deposit, there will be no refund.

There are no refunds on custom items, except for in the case of item defects.

There are no refunds on Harley bags, stock or custom.

To receive a refund, items must be returned in new condition, with tags and cannot be dirty or damaged. They must be in original packaging and also shipped in the original shipping packaging to be eligible for a refund. If improperly packed leading to damage, dirty, or damaged due to use, or otherwise not in new condition, the refund will be subject to further fees or possible refusal of return. Shipping fees will not be refunded and buyer us responsible for return shipping. We retain the right to refuse refunds.

Items damaged by shipping carrier during return shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure you insure your returns.
