Shipping and Turnaround

In stock ready to ship items are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 business days. Custom items may take up to 6 weeks to ship. Please contact us for details regarding custom turnaround times.

Items returned for bad addresses will incur a reship and reinsurance fee, no exceptions. Failure to pay the reship and reinsurance fee to reship to a good address within 14 days of when the item is returned to our address as return to sender, will forfeit the item with no refund.

CUSTOMS

All custom work must be paid for in full when ordering. This policy streamlines the process of creating and shipping your item..

Refunds

Refunds are accepted for ready to ship in stock items within 5 days. Refunds after 5 days will not be honored. A 25% restock fee will apply. You MUST contact me within 5 days of receiving your item.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, it is part of the restocking fee policy.

There are NO refunds on deposits, there are no exceptions. If you cancel your order after placing your deposit, there will be no refund. If I grant it for emergency reasons, shipping will not be refunded. It is part of the restocking fee to cover my wasted time.

There are no refunds on custom items, except for in the case of item defects.

There are no refunds on Harley bags, stock or custom.

To receive a refund, items must be returned in new condition, with tags and cannot be dirty or damaged. They must be in original packaging and also shipped in the original shipping packaging to be eligible for a refund. If improperly packed leading to damage, dirty, or damaged due to use, or otherwise not in new condition, the refund will be subject to further fees or possible refusal of return. Shipping fees will not be refunded and buyer us responsible for return shipping. We retain the right to refuse refunds.

Please do not tie your horses with a bronc halter. Leather nose bands cannot withstand the weight of a horse pulling back, which is why breakaway halters are designed with a leather strap. it is not safe to do so. Leather tack is not designed to withstand the full weight of your horse. For your horse's safety, please tie your horse with a nylon halter. There will be no repairs or replacements for halters with torn nose bands. This goes for headstalls as well. There are no exceptions.

Items damaged by shipping carrier during return shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure you insure your returns.
